How It Works
Before a treasure is created, a template will be sent for your approval. Based on your approval, the special will be handcrafted and designed to specifications agreed upon by the customer and Page and Tate Square, LLC. A customer has 7 days to place the special order after approval of template. If the customer does not want to place an order after approval of the template, the customer's card on file will be charged for the labor of designing the template.

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final and no refund will be issued. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be handcrafted. (Items may ship separately).
In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact us with proof of damaged merchandise within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange of an alike item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If a replacement item is not available, you will be issued a store credit.
